Payment Policy :

Consider making arrangements ahead of time. We have Venmo or Paypal or Cash at the moment.

 

CASH Preferred for Gratuities.

 

Reservation Policy :

services are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To reserve any services, we required full payment ahead. For parties of five and larger, a 20% managing & gratuity fee will be added to the regular service price.

 

Cancellation Policy :

We provide high quality services with a highly trained staff. Failure to cancel a single service before 24 Hours or 48 Hours for multiple services  as well as last minuite cancellation, will result in the charge of the full fee of the services.

We understand certain situations and events can prevent one from attending their appointment. We try to be reasonable, therefore, a cancellation in the same day will only be charged 50% of the services ONLY if we are not able to fill the time slot.

 

This is because we have to make up for lost business from you and from potential clients as well as to compensate our wonderful and hardworking staff.
